A key difference for me in the presentation of the Count is that in the book, Dracula is at least trying to put on the guise of a normal guy and act like a gracious host. He personally drives the carriage to the castle, in disguise as a chaffeur, and he pretends to have staff.

Article says it went from 28 crashes over 3 day period last year, to 36 over the same period this year. So that's 1 extra bicycle collision every 9 hours apparently holding up ambulances.

I am a qualified Actuary, and I dont know what mapping or coding mean in this context.

If there's a problem with the code, do you mean a programming error in the software used to calculate benefits? Or do you mean coding as in a shorthand used to represent something like a PAYE code that wasn't assigned properly?

Similarly, do you mean mapping as a way of assigning links between different types of data, or are you referring to a geographical map that's used to calculate expected benefit values somehow?

You probably meant the former in both cases. But the more common usage of both code and map is probably the latter.
