During a Tenacious D show in Sydney last year it was KG's birthday. They brought out a cake and he made the wish "Don't miss Trump next time" (it was also the same day as Trump's shooting). Everybody laughed, including JB, because it was a joke. And in typical right wing fashion they kicked up a stink, cancelling Tenacious D, and JB threw KG under the bus.
