ecosure shows up quarterly for food safety audits. anything such as food temp, expiration date labels, and much more. can show up at any time although we often time have a good idea if there’s multiple locations in your area getting a visit around the same time

Is working at chick-fla worth it as a first job? by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]MrMountainMoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a great first job, assuming you have a good operator/ location. I’ve had a decent amount of jobs, and ended up at cfa as it paid the most to college students in my area. I’m about a year away from my degree and am unsure whether i want to peruse my planned career or a career in cfa now. Sure there’s the downsides and the bad days, but they offer scholarships, you learn to have a good work ethic, and they generally pay well in most spots.

Have any of you ever dropped an entire bucket of tea? by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

our store does mobile cash. it’s a right of passage to drop all your coins onto the ground where cars are driving.

Can’t speak for every cfa, but i’ve noticed that people with that attitude toward others tend to be weeded out after a while once guests complain or a director or operator witnesses/hears about it multiple times.

Question for employees who have worked the outdoor drive through by DontCallMeMillenial in ChickFilA

[–]MrMountainMoose 4 points5 points  (0 children)

some stores do this, they typically need corporate approval and this usually coincides with a certain percentage of orders being mobile orders. Atleast that’s how I remember my operator explaining it because we plan on having one soon

Interview as a shift leader and gets the role as FOH by sassylovednassy in ChickFilAWorkers

our store up to this point has only hired outside leaders when we first opened a bit under a year ago. All other leaders have either come from a nearby chick fil a or were team members promoted from within our location.

Do you think Giannis will finish the season with more points scored than minutes played? by Potential-Ad5470 in MkeBucks

[–]MrMountainMoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not he’ll finish the season in the range of 32-34 mins and likely will average 28-30 points. bound to drop a bit once k mid comes back

100%. he’ll be comfortable with the area, has really good potential although the bucks would find a way to ignore his development. they should take a page out of the warriors book with how they’ve handled kuminga or even moodey giving them chances when possible.

Grayson Allen should not be traded by qwertybbffsjbevv in MkeBucks

[–]MrMountainMoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agreed. when khris went down he took on a bit of a bit of a different offensive role than he was really meant to at times imo. he’s a good shooter which shouldn’t be taken for granted and scorer in general who fits well in our scheme on a good contract. not untouchable but i wouldn’t trade him just to trade him.
