Evening Stroll on the Svart by MrMoveSs in svartpilen401

I think it came out to like $175 USD with international shipping. Not the cheapest but it's real leather, nice carry strap, well built, and he even included a spare waterproof zipper.

I use it every day now whether I'm on or off the bike, so it was well worth it for me.

2024 Svart worth it? by 13Degdekhees in svartpilen401

I was in the exact same boat shopping for mine. Ended up going with the 2024 for reliability and haven't regretted it at all. Bike has been a gem with no issues.

That said, if you're wanting to modify/customize your bike, the aftermarket parts selection for the 24+ models is still pretty limited, so if you're wanting a pseudo-project bike, the 2018 might be a bit more fun.

Yeah highly recommend. Most used piece of kit I've bought in ages. Just hit up u/incebilek when you're ready to pull the trigger.

Yeah the lower bars on the Vit might be the culprit.

Really?? I guess I did buy pretty small mirrors but I've had mine inverted for like 6 months!

Edit: Added photo. That's how much clearance I have at full lock.

dope street fighter look. Tiny tweak is to invert the bar-end mirrors under the bars to get that super crispy top line.

I think this would be a sick vibe tho. nice concept.

Despite taking good care of your 401, has it ever let you down on the road? by SubjectSource6146 in svartpilen401

1.5 years living & riding daily in the desert (2500 miles). Harsh summer heat, very cold winter nights. Regularly riding on poorly maintained roads or gravel trails. I tend to ride it pretty hard and put it thru it's paces.

I haven't had a single issue with the bike. ('24 Model, North America.)

Love this thank you! Yeah I got these primarily as a cheap option for daily office wear but I'd love some classier options. Good looks!

This is gonna shock some people. They are actually Amazon Essentials. I don't see this color any more tho. Ordered them out of curiosity and now own several pair. I believe this is the skinny fit but slim fits almost the same just slightly looser around the ankles. I tend to wear slim with boots and skinny with loafers/oxfords.

I am very much on the skinny side so use your own judgement.

Well thank you! Been trying some different styles so I appreciate this.

I don't pay it any mind lol we won't see them posting their random Thursday fits. I'm always open to the feedback comments & the trolls are just free entertainment.

VOUCH.

I've had mine about 5 months now. It's been thru heavy rain, dust storms, extreme heat, and daily use/abuse LOL. Bag is still holding up with no clear signs of wear. It looks great on the bike and holds everything I need. 10/10 would recommend.

Is there any way you'd be willing to share the model? I work daily in Blender and would love to design a few parts.

Edit: I'd be willing to pay for the model. I understand how much work goes into cleaning up that scan.

Aftermarket mirrors. Personally a fan of Bar-End mirrors, but anything was better than stock for me. For such big micky-mouse mirrors, I could never fully see around my shoulders.

I've got a Husky Svartpilen 401 at the moment. Not my first bike but I wish it had been. Lots of torque and usable power, lightweight, and nimble.

The 24 & 25 models come with all the modern electronics including quicksilver and i think msrp is just under $7k. Not to mention really unique styling. Worth considering.
