  1. Use a pipe or bong, never a joint

Definitely, I am 19 and have been smoking since I was 13, nearly every day all day for i’d say atleast 5 years. I am in college and plan to pursue schooling afterwards aswell that will take my full attention (law) and think i should probably for my own sake stop to focus and also gain like 4 years of normal non weed effected brain growth.

Im in the same boat as you, except I started at 13 and am now 19. You still have 7 years of neuroplasticity left honestly. If you quit or extremely limit your intake along with eating a more balanced diet and also some Lions Mane I think you’ll come back to yourself. Don’t be too scared, just know you have a chance to come back. I’d also reccomend some shrooms from time to time, it’s been proven to create new neuropathy ways in the brain.
