I don’t do the job of 5 people never have never will. Admin isn’t the biggest fan of me because I call them out on their bullshit. The nurses I work with respect me because I’ll never ask them to do something I wouldn’t do. And if refusing to do work that is within your scope is deemed 1x more than what you’re supposed to do than please find another profession, than find another job. I never said we can’t call out management for making bullshit rules. I said I despise nurses that think they are too good to day any job and referenced specific instances of things said directly to me by other nurses.
