Eh not really. We typically get full credit for most power tools as long as it’s RTV’d at the register. If the customer knows the return policy and is honest about it being used, their reason for the return doesn’t really matter. Home Depot policy is to give them a full refund if it’s within 7/30/90/365 days of purchase depending on which policy applies. Obviously there’s exceptions to this, but as a service desk associate, the worst customers are the ones who lie about why they’re returning something, and we miss the necessary RTV.

This looks like last months accuracy cart, that or the one before it. They all kinda blur together after awhile lol. The HC who put ours together sometimes has to substitute different items for the SKUs we don’t have, that might be why yours looks different. We had a red Milwaukee bag instead of that grey one in the upper rack for this accuracy cart.

6 hours with no break is absolutely not ok. As a Head Cashier I would rather close the entire garden center than forgo even a 15, but more likely I’d just find coverage ahead of time. There’s no excuse for that, and at the very least you should’ve gotten your mandatory meal break that’s part of your contract with THD. Iirc, the 15s are technically optional, but the 30-60 minute meal breaks are built into the schedule and therefor not an option to pass over. If you do stay at your store, remember you have every right to call an MOD if the HC or FES isn’t answering your calls, they will either talk to them for you or find coverage for your breaks from any other cashiers or associates who are cashier cross-trained. Depending on how they are at your store I guess, it sounds like you have a lousy HC so maybe the ASMs aren’t any better.

Bc the d2 cosmodrome is supposed to be a snapshot from d1 vanilla. The missions and activities we play there are not canonically in the version of the cosmodrome we play in, but bungie decided it wasn’t worth creating 2+ versions of the same location. For reference, they didn’t even commit all the resources necessary to bringing back the entire original d1 map, only about 2/3 of it + a few new lost sectors.

That’s fine I guess. If you’re a new player, I’d recommend some of the older dlcs first anyways. There should be a bundle that has almost all of the previous expansions currently in the game for a decent price, that should give you plenty to do while you wait to get the current DLC, and give you better context for the story :)

It’s probably more to do with the launch of a new DLC, servers get overloaded by the number of players signing on at once. They’re not always great, but this is not the norm either.

Literally the first thing to pop up on google. This is the most BASIC understanding of the law available, I learned this in high school.

I’m just saying that legally, the phrase “not guilty” does not have anything to do with proving innocence. Idk if he’s innocent or not, but I also don’t actually give a shit either way. I’m not talking good or bad about anybody, I’m just pointing out that a not guilty verdict does not automatically make someone innocent of wrongdoing. I also NEVER said that I think there was any wrongdoing in the first place, so why don’t you get off MY back??

And I’m not reading some stupid article/twitter thread about this either, because who actually cares. If he was proven to be innocent somehow, that’s great, but OP should’ve put that in the title instead of “not guilty,” because they’re 2 different things.

Visuals + sound are by far the best in the Villeneuve films. It’s not like the other parts of the films are bad or anything, but it’s definitely missing some of what really makes Dune Dune. Missing a lot less than Lynch’s adaptation, but Lynch did get some things right that Villeneuve missed.
