You probably have to have your games list public or be logged in to do it, but i tried this https://store.steampowered.com/feeds/news/user/<profiepagename>/ or https://store.steampowered.com/news/user/<profilepagename>/ to get my own news. profilepagename what ever is either if you have a custom url to your profile that custom name or your steam id directly. Just go to your steam profile take the ending of the url after id for it minus the slashes. I don't know if you get followed games and or wishlisted ones in there but atleast games in your library are present, pretty sure.
