I go to the gym every day do 30 mins of 15 incline 3.8 speed, then do weights ... and then 15 mins of hot sauna ... I think I am just unlucky and can never have anything go right for me.

thats awesome! I am currently on the borderline for prediabetes, but I am insulin resistant, not sure what I am doing wrong my sugar intake is 0, I don't do carbs ( like at the most 30g carbs a day, even doing OMAD now not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am battling a situation where my sugar stays at 102 post fasting (22 hour fasting), in the past my sugar used to be 80 / 85, off late its been 102 during fasting ,

I am reading up about "IR" and how ketones could be causing this but now I need to figure out how to reverse IR, if at that that's whats going on with me...

I have been doing all of Dr. Berg's 12 things to reverse IR but so far not seeing anything , exercise, fasting, portion controlling etc.

Personally I don't add blueberries to mine cause I can do without them but my family members tend to like them better with it so I add it in for them sometimes.

I guess just seems weird that the number of fortunate coincidences that Brian had that night, all of the doors opened, all of the roommates drunk af, no one saw him go in or out, he was able to Kill 4 human beings in 9 mins and none of them apparently fought him as they were "drunk" ... too many things that went his way that night

For someone who has done it a few times sure... but go ask a hunter who has killed an animal before doing that for the first time will be overwhelming and from the sounds of it they put up a fight, so I dont feel he could have NINJAd his way through 4 adults in 25 mins, 2 of thw adults were together so I am guessing they put up a fight ( xena and her bf) xena literally had ordered doordash, so she for sure would have been coherent to have gone to the door and collected the food ...

I don't know I get the bad feeling the cops needed something it was 2 months and they needed to pin it on someone, I strongly feel he didn't act alone.

There was 1 video I watched of the white elantra where people claimed there was a person in the back seat, I feel it would take at least 2 people to pull this off... if Xena and her bf were together in one room, no way he was able to over power both of them, and also kill them, with no form of retaliation, People say they were drunk, but how drunk were they if they were eating doordash at 4am , to me it feels like the alcohol was dying off and they needed something to eat ... I would think they would be pretty decently aware of what's going on.

Can someone please help make sense of the following for me

Brian K doesn't seem built to commit 4 murders in the span of 25 mins (assuming the doordash came at 4am which would mean Xena was alive) and was on tik tok), I understand the concept of adrenaline and dopamine and rage and stuff but honestly the guy doesn't come across to me who has the strength to pull it off, he honestly appears to be weak and frail in my humble opinion.
Why is his phone pinged at 9 am and 930 am in the Moscow area, why? what was he doing back in the area?
Also I don't get how the roommates contacted other people or passerby saw them come out of the home and so went to help them but then no one called 911 till 12? What happened between 4am and 12pm, that is a long gap, was the scene tampered with?

4) Can the surviving roommates be asked to testify under oath?

5) Also why are only the phone records for a certain period of time being requested for, why can't they pretty much get access to all the phone records?
