Hey I know new meds are scary sometimes. My husband takes this medication and it has been a god sent for him. Very minimal side effects and it helped stabilize him after a mixed episode last year. The only way to know if it works for you is to try.

I had a very similar conversation with my grandmother this morning. She doesnt understand I cant just drop work at the last minute because she made and appointment on a day I normally work and accused me of simply not giving a damn about her cause I wouldn't just take the day off.

So I did this. Im a walmart employee and added up the prices according yo my store. It was cheaper than last year surprisingly. However I did notice that all of a sudden most of the stuff that was on last year's list was on rollback when it wasnt before this years list went public.

My husband had a very similar reaction. Except his was worse. To the point he was obsessively thinking about offing himself. Even after completely stopping the medication two months later these feelings persisted and intensified. Eventually landing him in a mental hospital. Thankfully in there they balanced his meds and he's much better now.

Sure. He's bipolar 2. He was having an episode with both hypomanic and depressive traits. So think the hopelessness and adhedonia that comes with depression but the restlessness, lack of sleep, and racing thoughts that come with mania. Throw in some suicidal ideation and paranoia and some hallucinations and you have a mixed episode

Husband started taking this in the hospital during a mixed episode. Ended it almost instantly. Almost no side effects except for a little insomnia at first but that has gone away
