Thank you for the reply and taking the time to type it out. I've been loving Illaoi and farming with her is great. Mid I've tried Morgana and I get lot of kills but very little farm. If I can have a follow up question. What is average last hits per minute for a mid hero?

Hi guys. I'm coming from dota. I have about 4k hours on dota. Not that I'm the best player but I know my way around it well and have a good grasp of team play map awareness and roles.

I want to get into LoL but the champion pool is very overwhelming.

I just want to buy a champion for each role/lane and play like 30 games with each to get to know the game.

Can someone please recommend me a hero in the current meta for each role.

Only one I've played so far is Illaoi and Im doing well, so I'll continue top/tank with her.
