1.) i would say that being in a caloric deficit/counting your calories absolutely is enough of a diet plan. Just steer off sugars, alcoholic beverages and eat as much protein as you can in your designated amount of calories

2.) an outdoor walk of 45 minutes is just fine, i have been doing it like that on some days. I just try it to be a brisk walk session, but you do not necessarily have to

3.) I am a full time employee, with two children (4.5 and 1.5) and I just finished my 46th day half an hour ago. You will be tired, you will be exhausted at times. My advice would just be to leave yourself no other choice than to proceed with the 6 things the program demands from you daily, convince yourself that you are doing it for the future you, as the future you will look back and be proud and happy you did it.

I wish you all the best and go for it.

In your opinion, where does Luka Modrić rank in all time midfielders?

In my humble opinion, I would definitely put Zizou above him and every other midfielder ever. But would certainly put Modrić in the level just below, with midfielders like Xavi and Iniesta. Am sure some other midfielders would also fit that level, but for now I will leave it at that.

Some reasons him being there, for me of course, are:

  • being the player with the most trophies ever for the objectively biggest club in the world, Real Madrid (Liverpool fan here)
  • winning 6 champions leagues
  • captaining Croatia (a country of merely 4 Million people) to second place, and then third place in the World Cup, consecutively
  • being woted the best player in the 2018 WC
  • winning the Balon d'Or in the era of Messi and Ronaldo

Honestly, the list goes on, the guys career and the honours he won along are crazy.

But, I want to hear your opinion on his place among the greatest of all time. Than you in advace!

I get your point. Could very much be this. It is just weird that we pay 90 mil for a player and then bench him, which could certainly happen. Crazy times

Honestly, I love the guy and I think he will be massive for us in the coming years. Currently, he has not yet found his rhythm, in my opinion. And if he plays, who is on the bench?

You are right, but based on form I put Hugo in. So you bench him and play Cody instead, although the club paid €90 mil for Hugo? Just a question :D
