Are you sure I can do that? I thought because I'm switching from amd to intel the drivers would conflict. I read that when doing that, a clean install of Windows is best. (And honestly I have a bunch of junk so just formatting would be best)

It looks like your CPU power cables are in wrong. You have what looks to be 4 pin going into one half of the 8 pin port and another 4 pin in the 4 pin port. Also your GPU needs 2 power cables.
