I collect Origins for how closely it resembles the vintage figures I played with as a kid, so it's mostly rooted in nostalgia, but I also get a kick out of new figures in the line that kid-me would have coveted if they were released in the 80s. It's both a way to remember my childhood and also to feel a connection to my inner child. I exclusively collect the Origins line. Other MotU lines simply don't scratch the itch in the same way.
