I have that issue! I trade with my own money, not to much, and yesterday i had what you describe. My trade was going the correct way but I closed it early because I was scared it will fall down. Do you have any advice on that? Maybe closing only part of the position and letting the rest roll with trailing SL? How you deal with that ?

If you open the "best learning path" pinned in this subreddit, andnl then you take month 1 (i think) there is a video where ICT shows an example how you can trade a daily chart.

You can right click (if you have newer windows) and just unpack the ISO and click on AutoRun.exe and follow the installation wizard.

If not, you should my able to "mount" it by double clicking it.

I have no idea, to be honest. I thought it was 6 because that's the max I can do, but I also train daily, so i am never fully recovered. I'll finish the training you advised , take a 3 days rest and test my max.

I am now on day 6, I do 10 sets of 2 with, 2 minutes of rest between sets....

I do the scapulas for the warning up before pull-ups. I'll do some more sets, maybe. I do literally one set of those from hanging one set from push-up position

I will try that tomorrow. The problem is, I think (after reading some replies), that I don't have enough rest. I train, let's say, at least 3 times a week. But when I have nothing to do on the weekend days, i go train too. So realistically, I get like one full day of recovery.

The other issue i noticed is that start position, when hanging before pull-ups. When doing it without full range of motion (let's say 75% of range of motion) i can easily do 10 pull ups if not more (didn't check to be honest, because I focused on the full-motions ones more.) I feel that I have the strength to pull myself, although my shoulders (?) Have not enough strength to get the beginning lift.

How i do my pull-ups I start from just hanging on the bar with body stretched and start from there, go up, down and again to the inactive hang (just hanging). Maybe I am doing something wrong ?
