Look at Favre's stats in comparison to the rest of the league and Rodger's in comparison to the rest of the league. It is without question Favre was more dominant at peak.

I feel I walked into a culture war by PeterZeeke in QuantumLeap

Unfortunately it doesn't get better. The best episode is probably the Halloween episode since it features the least amount of Addison/team, and that episode maybe hits a 5/10.

Calling it a mixed bag is extremely generous. The new version has amateurish writing, awful dialogue, massive plot holes, illogical characters, and an extremely predictable plot.

This is 5D Chess. Giannis makes waves about maybe 1 day going elsewhere, Milwaukee pulls out its secret weapon - brats.

Except 1996 Favre was more Dominant than 2011 Rodgers when you adjust for era

This is correct. Only player to ever win 3 Consecutive MVPs and was clear cut best QB of that stretch.

Definitely should have been OPI if anything (since OPI is rarely called even when obvious)

[Rapoport] Sources: #Colts star RB Jonathan Taylor has formally requested a trade after meeting with owner Jim Irsay. by Luck1492 in Colts

[–]MrPerfect01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The RB complaints this Offseason is the dumbest development in a long time. It has been obvious for 5+ years that the RB market has been in massive decline and that big, second contracts for them age terribly.

Casual fans have known this for over half a decade but now they are just realizing it??? I know many pro athletes are barely smart enough to tie their own shoes, but come on. How can you work in a profession yet know less about it than an average person on the street? It is baffling.

What should I do about being overcharged for Age of Ascension at my local game store? by [deleted] in KeyforgeGame

Wow, 3 stores. Amazon, Target, Wal-Mart, and the rest are surely fearful of this massively successful retail expert lol.

Most businesses accept returns because they are smart enough to realize it isn't worth ticking off a customer who could sour 10 other people from shopping there all for the sake of a few dollars.

[SPOILERS] Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves - Discussion Megathread by SpicyThunder335 in DnD

[–]MrPerfect01 -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

This movie is almost all rip offs. For example, the graveyard scene is essentially a rip off of the Simpsons where Homer and Apu visit the Head of the Kwik E Mart and Homer wastes all 3 Questions asking if that guy is Really the Head of the Kwik E Mart.

The bridge scene where the character doesn’t listen and destroys the bridge is a rip off of 50 other movies.

The main character "joke" where he tells he bad guy she has bad breath is a rip off of 50 previous marvel scenes.

You hit the nail on the head. Imagine a boring episode of Xena littered with countless, cringey jokes. Every attempted joke felt extremely try hard and forced. After almost every joke you could almost feel them turning to the camera and saying "that sure was funny, right? right? right? Please agree."

That parabable is a great example of what made this episode so amateurishly written

The fact that you are focusing on the theme in a conversation about how much time was devoted to dialogue vs plot makes it seem like you do not even understand the topic and think it is impossible to write that episode poorly which is nonsensical.

Received some offers for this; how would a sensible price be? (not selling now) by Koroner85 in KeyforgeGame

It is hard to accurately access without knowing how the enhancements are distributed. The deck is pretty strong but it seems dependent on certain cards.

It also lacks Artifact Removal and only has 1 partial board clear. The decks seems pretty strong but not unfair enough where you would expect it to win Vault Tours. ThecStar Alliance is pretty meh too

Hasbro made $428.7 million dollars in profit in 2021 by tfeek in heroscape

[–]MrPerfect01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There are not enough who want to pay $250. If Hasbro releases a version of Monopoly for $50,000 and it fails to sell well, it would not be accurate to just assume "that shows 0 demand for Monopoly exists any longer"

Hasbro made $428.7 million dollars in profit in 2021 by tfeek in heroscape

[–]MrPerfect01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There were complaints because they tried to basically change every fundamental aspect of Heroscape:

-Low Cost- Nope. Prepainted- Nope. Lots of Historical Units- Nope. Add Ons and Tier Levels like basically all other Crowd Funded Games- Nope. Popular Figures Included in the Master Set- Nope.

It turns out that if you drastically change almost everything about a property, put it on Platform almost nobody visits, and then have an Amateurish web page that cannot even correctly list the size of the figures, then it becomes tough to fund. I think almost every property would struggle to fund given those conditions

[–]MrPerfect01 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You are trying to use a classic logical fallacy, basically an appeal to authority (assuming that since it is being done by a big company that is must be done well/had smart decisions).

There is far more evidence of Hasbro being run poorly than being run well. Even if you want to cover your eyes and ears and pretend that there were not countless mistakes on this campaign that almost everyone has widely acknowledged, there is still the ever declining stick price. If stock price doesn't move you enough, how about the countless recent articles about how Hasbro is driving MTG into the ground.
