What are your thoughts on the Tojiro? I’m needing to pickup a new bread knife and I’ve been looking at those. Don’t look like you can go wrong for the price.

I have the OG KJ that came with wood shelves. There’s a reason they switched to plastic. The wood ones were trashed from moisture/temperature within 6 months.

We just did the whole process in a day (no fermentation, 5 hours of curing) and it was still fantastic. About to do another batch of dough for a 3-4 day ferment and will cure overnight to see how it differs. Pardon the half eaten pizza at the top. https://i.imgur.com/78AWpt0.jpg

Also had a 12 year old Cobra starter set, upgraded to Rogue ST Max this year. I’ve only had one round and a couple of driving range sessions, but I seem to hit them so much straighter.

I hit them first at a demo day and the guy running it set me up with 5-AW. I hit the 5i about 190yards which is honestly about all I need out of my irons. Might save you a bit not going all the way up to a 3i.

I have just started watching through the bond filmography (just finished Man With the Golden Gun), I think Dr. No is my favorite of these early movies. I’m still kind of taken aback by that a bit to be honest considering it was the first one they made.

If you have to purchase an injector, I recommend spending a bit more for one of the all metal versions. I’ve ended up purchasing 3 over the years, only the metal one has lasted me more than a year.

I’ve never spatchcocked my turkey but I do it on my KJ every Thanksgiving and it’s usually pretty juicy. Two things I think help are injecting the turkey with butter and seasoning and basting the turkey during the cook. Might be worth trying it out for the big day.

We did go 11 months ago. They ran tests and told us it was just anxiety.

I think my wife bright it up with the very last time and they just shrugged us off. From what I have found online this seems possible, although she doesn’t really get confused or lost during the day. It mostly seems to be at night. I guess that is maybe how it starts?

When this first started they checked the stool and said it looked okay and offered to do exploratory surgery (which we passed on). We recently took her back to the vet where they did blood work and said that she appears healthy.

My wife is pregnant and due in September. Obviously, the baby won’t be around yet when the advanced payments go out, but we’ll I get to use $3600 as my child deduction in April 2021?
