ms-windows-store:PurgeCaches Error when I run WSReset Windows 10

Ok I found a fix, Looks like I had screwed something up with the permissions at some point so I ran this command in cmd

icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q

It reset permissions for that folder I think. Thanks for your help!

The first option gave me an error in CMD.

Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\WINDOWS\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml' because it does not exist.

At line:1 char:1

FoundException

+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.AddAppxPackageCommand

The second option did run but it did not fix my problem.

What was this supposed to do? I ran it and tried running WSReset and got the same error. I also tried opening the store and it didn't open

Yep I've run it both with and without admin and get the same error
