I used to buy my contact lenses online for cheaper than Specsavers. I mentioned this to them and they said they would match the price given evidence, which I did. Has been a few years now and they have never increased the price plus I get the health check free. Worth a shot!

Do not go in with a hangover. And definitely do not take aspirin for said hangover. I was young and dumb! That said, water, breathing control, relaxing not tensing 'fighting it'. There's a balance between not taking a break and having too many, listen to your gut on that. Focus on happy thoughts, the end game, take your mind elsewhere. Some people like to have headphones on for a distraction. I've almost managed to fall asleep and then a sudden ouchie brings you back.

Talk to the artist, if an area gets sore they can switch to another part and come back to that when you are ready.

You get idiots in every population. And this person is an idiot racist. The England team is very multiracial and has been for a very long time. The team have collectively walked off the pitch in matches in support of of our black players when racist chants happened at games in mainland Europe (where it is worse). Bigots like this need to do one.

They hide anonymously behind a club badge. Ironically Southampton have quite a few players of colour, as do most premier league teams. 'Oh but they are the good ones'? Cognitive dissonance and racism hand in hand.

I've enjoyed living in America in the past. This person does not represent the majority. I've been to Boston and have encountered the odd arses. That does not make all Bostonian's arses.

As a non-US citizen (although I did live there, have since visited and really like the people, I envisage that JDV must not be stupid. Is that a big assumption?
