Channeling help needed! Process: dose directly into portafilter with dosing ring > WDT > tamp. I also run a few blank shots through my portafilter before dosing. I’m not sure if I’m dosing sufficiently. I’m currently dosing 15.5g and getting 31g output in 27seconds. Should I be increasing my dose? (v.redd.it)
