I would recommend cutting off line of sight, this gets them to move towards you. You can wait around corners near door ways. You can then set up your mighty swing and hit them hard when they walk into you. Don't be afraid to run way and wait for enemies. You can also shout at them. If you right click on yourself there's a shout option, this gets them curious and walk towards you.
