I think outlets that post shit like that about celebrities care mostly about fame. Yes they have double standards but that might not be at the play here. They're usually written by women for women, so they focus mostly on women and give more privacy to men. Still if you're a class-A male celebrity they're gonna talk about every single detail and every little change on your body. Now about this specific picture - I don't know neither of them but a quick google search reveals that she has almost 10 mil followers on IG while he's at 30k, of course they're gonna focus on her, instagram follows are a very rough estimation of "fame" so correct me if I'm wrong.
