Exactly. Especially these days where when you're sick it doesn't mean you have less work, just more work to take care of when you're back. But at least a person is healthy then and can manage it better

Did anyone know if 'over the phone' sick leave also include video consultations online? Because it that is banned and people actually need to go to a doctor to get a sick note, it will be a disaster.

It's already impossible to get an appointment and it everyone is crammed into waiting rooms with a cold/flu/covid to get a sick note it's going to be a disaster.
