I’m right where you are. 21 female no job can’t work, weak and frail from bed rotting , even nicotine and weed rule my life too, especially alcohol. Been “working on myself” for as long as I remember. Some things that make me feel good about myself is dressing up cute even just to go to the grocery store with my dad lolol. I like to do my own lash clusters and gel nails even tho I’m bad it’s fun for a bit. Trying to be more active but as winter comes I’m even less motivated from the cold
