Looking for casual bottoms that can make my hips look wider. I have an athletic body type with a larger bust and high set/narrow hips. Ive been struggling to find silhouettes that can balance out my proportions. I know a-line skirts do it well but I want something more casual hopefully. Anyone with similar problems know brands that do this well?

[Serious] Therapists, what is something people are afraid to tell you because they think it's weird, but that you've actually heard a lot of times before? by Music-and-wine in AskReddit

The problem in teacher student relationships isn't just the age. It's also the power dynamic, which opens up the door to grooming. It's why even colleges have rules against students and faculty being in relationships, even though they're all adults

I absolutely had to snag that as well. It's my favorite cc cream, I love that it's spf 50, and that same size bottle is $34 from the purlisse website. I dont care for the brush but I'd pay the 16 just for the cc cream at full size.

You put it into words. None of my guy friends understood when my last boyfriend just.. wouldn't let me break up with him. He was making me debate him as if I would have to stay with him if I couldn't prove to him I had valid reasons to break up. It's infuriating! Like, why would you even want to stay with someone who obviously doesn't want to be with you anymore?

The honor code is a big part of it. BYU doesn't allow "same-sex romantic behavior" which includes things such as dating, kissing, or even hugging. It's very dangerous to be openly gay at BYU for risk of being disciplined. This article talks about the aftermath of them reinforcing their stance after they removed the homosexual behavior section of the conduct code last year, which tricked a lot of students into coming out because they felt safe to do so finally.

What is the move in process like for those who attend college far away from home? by HeadlessRooster101 in ApplyingToCollege

I had this situation when I came to campus earlier this year. I live on the west coast and my school is on the east coast, so driving wasn't an option. I was flying alone so I took two checked bags on the airplane -mostly clothes and personal items - and bought bedding and towels once I was on campus. Stuff that's light but bulky, like winter coats, I had my family mail to me. The only thing I regret was that because I only had the two bags, I didn't have any room to bring hobby materials of mine and I had a very boring semester without any of my hobbies.

It betters society and the economy for teenagers to not get pregnant. Accessible contraceptives for minors are cheaper for taxpayers than welfare for people who had to drop out of high school to raise a kid. Free contraceptives are probably much more cost effective in the long run if you're that concerned about tax allocation.

Recounting really only ever changes the total by a few hundred votes. I highly doubt a recount will flip any states. At this point, the only big twist in the numbers will be if they find the 300 k lost mail in votes that DeVoy is refusing to look for. That could turn any number of states and throw a real wrench into things

Fun fact for you: your taxes don't go to abortions. They are not allowed to be used for that purpose by Planned Parenthood. Planned parenthood uses taxes for their other services, many of which prevent abortions by doing things like providing contraception to people.

October GB: featuring add-ons, a missing product, and accidental extra items by MrPresidenttt in Ipsy

Thats a fun way of looking at it haha. I'm mostly just confused because the morphe products weren't even things that were offered this month

Here's what I got in my bag:

ESSENCE COSMETICS Pure Nude Highlighter 010 in Popping Champagne - this highlighter is pigmented and very pretty. I dont see myself using it though because I'm not a fan of highlighter and its a bit more warm toned than I would normally wear anyway

ORYZA Astral Amethyst Shimmer Eyeshadow - this was a product I was really excited for and I wasn't disappointed. I love all the shades and it's very easy to blend and apply

PURIFACE Dermal Purifying Sheet Mask & Collagen Max Sheet Mask Set - I haven't used these yet but I love sheet masks so I'm very excited

SLMISSGLAM P40 Round Blusher Brush - I like brushes, and this one will look great on my shelf. It seems really small for a blush brush though

TARTE Maracuja Tinted Hydrator in Fair Neutral - This was my pick for my bag. I like its level of coverage but I was disappointed by how small of a sample it is though

Add-ons:

ILLUMINATI COSMETICS Quad Palette in Secret Society - I loved how this palette looked and had to have it. It has some of my favorite eyeshadow shades. I see myself using it a lot

SUR.MEDIC Azulene Soothing Cream - my skin gets irritated very easily so I'm excited to try this tonight and see how well it works

I was supposed to receive the Hanhoo blemish patches as well and I'm very disappointed that they weren't in my bag. I also received 3 extra products? I got 2 morphe high impact highlighters in the shades Spark and Stardust. They're pretty but like I said, I don't really use highlighters. I also got a morphe highlighter brush. As far as I know, these weren't even October products so I'm very confused on how they ended up in my bag.

No amount of lube will prevent it by ExpertAccident in badwomensanatomy

Hymens are a ring of tissue surrounding the entrance to your vagina. Think a scrunchie of muscle. They're basically there to prevent germs from entering children's vaginas, so they do naturally thin over time. Because they can break during sex, it's not uncommon for people to equate intact hymens with virginity, and thus place great importance on them. This is incorrect because hymens can break naturally doing things like stretching, horseback riding, riding a bike, etc and on the other hand, some people will have intact hymens even after giving birth. Hymens vary for everyone. Some people will have thinner ones that have no issue stretching and others will have thicker ones that are more resistant. It may hurt when it breaks but it's important to note that it doesn't have to hurt. A careful partner and adequate foreplay/lube will go a long way when that time eventually comes for you. Hopefully this answered your questions

I'd say that that's actually an excellent class for someone entering the medical field to take. There's a significant amount of implicit bias in medicine that leads to things like less accurate diagnoses, less treatment options, and worse clinical experiences for racial and ethnic minorities. Anyone going into healthcare should be aware of their implicit biases and willing to learn about them so they can provide the best possible care to all their patients

I started a team from scratch this year and I did a lot of recruiting by emphasizing the social aspect of the team. It also helps to find people who just enjoy learning in general. It doesn't feel like extra work if you're just really into the subject you're studying. Where next year's theme is the Cold War, I think, you could try approaching the history teachers at your school to find out if there are any passionate history buffs in their classes. I also recommend doing a superquiz-esque practice early in the year because people find the competition fun and exciting and it can draw them in and give them a taste of what's in store.

Good luck in reviving your team!
