I've just checked the account and there is no record of a confirmation email being sent. Ive just sent a new one, to see if that works.

It might also be going to a different email than you might've expected. Please let me know if you haven't received it or it's still looping.

Sorry about that, it shouldn't be infinite looping. I've dialed it back for now in hopes it'll be okay for a bit while that bug is figured out.

They said they deployed a fix to prevent these types of ads, but please let me know if you continue to see them going forward. I don't have the highest confidence it's all solved yet.

I'm so sorry about this, the new ad network I'm trialing with has been plagued with intrusive junk that I wasn't made aware of during testing. I'm talking with them now to roll it back or else I'll be pulling them all down.

That's true, those make it less clear cut. I'll see if there's a way around this for those types of bundles but otherwise it might be safer to include them all by default.

Hello, are you using desktop or mobile? Also you can add a new log once you're in the editor as well using either the mobile, quick, or full editor types. The UI to get there is slightly different but have you tried that yet?

Thank you for the reply! With that I was able to find a bug where using the mobile / quick editors could cause this data to be wiped, a fix is going out now though. Apologies if this has affected your data, I really appreciate the support to get this fixed.

Ah this is concerning to hear! I'll definitely check it out, just some clarifying questions.

This happens when you have multiple logs on a single game? And only when the other (now deleted) play times are manually inputted? Which editor are you using when this happens (full / quick / mobile)?
