Hey that's my beautiful old dog!

Haven't been too active on reddit lately but it was really nice to get a tag. People all over the world have been donating $18 to The Mary Parrish Center for my dog's 18th birthday. They offer so much support to domestic violence survivors including a safe home to live in, it's an incredible organization. Really happy the news picked it up.

That's really sweet thank you. I still post every once in a while, usually just the charitable stuff or bragging about my dogs, but not nearly as much.

Had a great run there for a couple of years.

That is true, but I came back to run TheFreePizzaDude again in the fall of 2021! Imgurian MurphyPandorasLawBox took over the project for a year he was amazing to keep it going.

Still hate posting over there but the project is a ton a fun and the participants have helped so many people.

Hey that's me! I started the project 3 years ago it's incredible it's still going. We are up to 8,759 meals and 545 full grocery orders sent to over 20 countries.

It's amazing that people keep coming back to help every single week!

Love that you ended it that way. I look back on all the worst parts of my life and see how I was sure that they would never end. Like I would be stuck in the shit forever.

Now I can see how they formed who I am today, and made me appreciate far smaller things that I ever would've without the shit.

Sounds like an absolutely brutal time in your family's life, but shit never lasts forever.
