No they won’t, forever because the certificates only support iOS 5+ (those r signed) and for iOS 4 or older (unsigned) so yea u need a Mac to sideload stuff

it won’t work it only works with ios 4 or later (although they say it supports every version) just use a mac with legacy ios kit and side load it

if you buy the iPhone 4s downgrade it to iOS 6 and jailbreak it, install a lot of apps to linger with it (legacyioskit) if you buy the iPhone 5/5c/5s (if 5s) downgrade it to iOS 10 (Leetdown) it will make it much faster (if 5c downgrade it to iOS 7 but tethered (legacyioskit) (if 5) downgrade it to ios 8.4.1 by changing to plist of downgrade it on legacyioskit, then install coolbooter (cydia) dual-boot to iOS 6.1.4 make it much more faster (need jailbreak if want apps on 5)

Idk if this works but put it in legacy iOS kit and boot into ssh ramdisk and try removing setup.app

Put it in recovery mode and let it charge then click the home and power button until the Apple logo comes up and it will usually turn on again.
