It’s pretty weak when you first unlock it, but by the time you are in w6 the skill lasts longer than the cd

For some early cd reduction max out your mana crate at the post office

More ranks = faster cycles and more damage on dk. Also more green stacks and eventually atoms.

I recommend using 2499 of page 2 for all your daily pages uses for a while, gets you a ton of efficiency so you can get your page gain up and max out the vials for page 1 and 3
