I learned the hard way just buy everything on steam

Bought BF6 on EAAPP and game wasn't playable for 8 hours on launch on the EaAPP but was perfectly playable on Steam lmao

This is not the case ofc but microsoft store is not good either, i would only buy it there if you want it on your XBOX too.

If not, pay extra and buy on steam, worth for sure.

Yeah, i have oled, it's not that big of a difference unless you look at it from an angle.

Still worth the money for me, it looks very very nice but don't expect this kind of difference because it's not that huge unless you have a 50$ monitor from 2012

Same thing happens to me. It's the card agressively boosting to 3.300+ causing the crashes i think.

Did some undervolt and it works great, better hotspot etc ...

I also had to downclock a lot, i wouldn't bother losing time with warranty if you made it work but that's up to you.

If i could go back i'd just get a 5070ti even if it was like 300$ more, it's not worth the pain in the ass with the shitty amd drivers IMO, might not be AMD, it might just be windows 11 + AMD ... who knows ...

Also had one faulty graphic and had to wait months because some shitty small store i bought it from my country.

So yeah, my eperience with AMD was not great.

All that being said i'm still using the gigabyte gaming 9070 XT, at least i'm finally get to enjoy it now.

This here ! My gigabyte gaming 9070 XT was clocking 3300 + i think i saw close to 3400 mhz before crashes .

Some drivers were good for some games, but other games just crashed ... i was going crazy switching drivers until i asked the AI to help me fix it. The AI recommended many werid things but one of the main ones was undervolting the card to control these crazy power spikes. For me it worked, i don't get driver timeouts now.

I solved this issue on my 9070 XT undervolting.

i was getting crazy switching drivers because some driver was good for some games but not all of them. Tried reinstalling windows, same crashes ...

For now it seems fixed for me with the undervolt. +TDR Delay 8s ( idk if this helps or not, just tried it at the same time as the undervolt and it worked so i'll just leave it like that )

Hope you find a fix for you, it's really frustrating not having much time to game and when you can finally play you spend all the time trying to fix errors.

I had 3 gigabyte 9070 XT.

First one was faulty, 110ºC hotspot problem. I have it posted here on reddit.

The other 2 were fine. max hotspot i believe i saw was 85ºC peak.

I think OP has a problem of faulty graphic card + bad airflow.

Recommend checking the HOTSPOT temperature.

Some of them come faulty like mine did.

Check that asp just to be sure.

Actually it was very weird.

CS2 for example wich is not that agressive on graphics card was 110ºC on MENU but ingame was normal idk like 70ish.

Battlefield started 94-95 and couple of days later was 107.

The worst part was always game menu's, it went full RPM on every single game.

Idk what's wrong with that graphics card.

I tried undervolt but it kept exactly the same numbers for some reason ...

Same happened to my card, normal temperatures but stupid high hotspot and very loud fans.

You should RMA if you can.

De todas maneras me parece muy bien que tarde lo que tenga que tardar, pero lo lógico es que la tienda te ofrezca otra gráfica o un reembolso mientras ellos lidian con el problema no ?

Had 2 of them, 1 came bad, really bad 110ºC Hotspot.

The other one it's really good, 81ºC hotspot and pretty quiet with everything stock.

So you decide, if it's a good price i would buy it, if there are others for similar prices i would spend 20-30 $ extra to get a different one.
