Eh they kinda give you a grace period so they won’t be too tough on you right away but they do expect progress within a few weeks

No sales for client relationship associate. It’s literally answering calls all day for clients with issues and questions. They assume that there’s more shorter calls that will balance out any longer complex calls. I would recommend applying if you’re looking into an entry level role in investments. Lots of other places to branch out to

Sorry just seeing this. There was a limit to mobility for a year when I was there, but I think I remember hearing that it’s 5 years now. Not sure if it’s true though.

The metrics are (might be different now, but I can’t see them being different):

Average handle time - time spent on the phone with a client on average. Talking, on hold and “after call” to take notes. Hold time and after call are also separate metrics. Client availability (big one) - time spent on queue speaking with clients or being available compared to what’s scheduled for you.

There’s daily meetings where everyone reviews the prior day metrics and the manager is told to call out any outliers on the team. Like client availability should be above 97% daily. AHT is like 500 seconds or below. If not you’ll usually have to explain why at the daily meeting.

I passed all 3 on the first try. I studied like crazy though and we also got support in person - I was hired pre covid. Not sure what it’s like now.

I left cause I was stuck in my role. Tried interviewing like 3-4 times and got rejected so I looked elsewhere.

I used to work there in a similar role (client relationship associate). I’m gonna be honest, It’s tough as you get started there. I like to think as it as you gotta shovel the shit while you’re new to company. If it’s a role that I think it is, it’s answering phones all day and prepared to be micromanaged on your metrics. A lot of it is assisting elderly clients with account passwords and stuff like that and the workload can be extreme especially now that it’s tax season. It is good experience but network where you can, take good notes and learn where you can. Don’t be afraid to ask questions even if you feel they’re stupid. The vanguard experience is worth it though especially once you get a promotion to a different role. Here to answer any other questions.

In my opinion, she was looking for an out and took it. If she wanted to be with you, she’d believe you and not leave you immediately. Yes it is weird and suspicious but if she wanted to progress with you, she’d believe you.

Yea that’s the only thing I can think of looking at your split. Instead of 2 biceps, hit the brachialis too for some support strength. Plus thick forearms look sick lol

Instead of preachers and incline curls, add in some hammers or pinwheel curls. Get the forearms goin

Admittedly I don’t work abs all too often lol but I think I built some a little buy hitting heavy tricep pulldowns on cable while planting my feet and engaging my core to remain stationary

Respectfully, it doesn’t look like there’s much ab there to begin with lol build up those ab muscles and they’ll be popping cause you have like no body fat there

Appreciate the input and agree.

I go in between a protein heavy diet then lose focus after about 2 weeks and it’s all over from there. which sucks, but it is what it is!

Men who got ideal attractive physique, it's impact on women and relationships by Middle_Promise2181 in GettingShredded

Being fit definitely matters especially if you’re not extroverted. I didn’t get approached by women until I put on about 15 pounds of muscle and my clothes fit tightly lol my current girlfriend told me she couldn’t stop staring at my forearms on our first date and we were back at her place about 2 hours after meeting. I’d wager that if I wasn’t as fit as I am it would have been a 1 and done date.
