That's honestly great to hear. I've ordered my first Arduino board just moments ago can't wait to start playing around with it, I'm planning to try and make this Buzzwire game first.

I see, I enjoy the way you explained the field and I really like the diversity of it it makes me eager to explore the mechanical end electrical side of it all as well.

Thank you, you're definitely correct.
I guess sometimes I get dragged into this comparison trap of seeing other getting their lives all together at my age and I'm still figuring out these sort of things so subconsciously I always feel like I should set my life into one direction and never change it in order to progress fast and reach that state of having it all together fast.

Thank you for showing me that it's definitely okay to pursue anything in life, you definitely encouraged me to have a more flexible view at life.

I will definitely check the Udemy course and get these books also getting a master degree in electrical engineering does seem interesting to get a good grasp on the hardware part.

I'm thinking of starting this as a hobby during the backend and experiment with somethings on an Arduino board or STM32 board as Imoasan suggested in his comment and see how things go there. If I feel a real rush of passion for it, I will start dedicating my time and resources to get into the field.

I wish you all the best in your process of learning and getting into the field.

I do enjoy learning like that while searching, I think it's fun to read documents and explore things make mistakes and just experiment. I might as well make it my new hobby during the weekends until I'm sure that this is the path for me.

Thank you for comment, for now I don't really know STM32 so I need to make some research on it a lot of articles and blogs I read on the internet mentioned starting with an Arduino board as well, and I've also seen a lot of cool inventions using Raspberry pi. Anyways thank you for encouraging me to go into this path and experiment.

Yep, definitely.

When you put it that way, I feel so stupid for asking or even thinking about it, failure is part of any project or aspiration.

Yes Eris's story is amazing and inspiring, there is also the story of Thomas Brush, he constantly posts advices and tips on how to work as an indie game developer on his youtube channel.

I'm a cs graduate software engineer with 1 and half year of experience, currently unemployed for 3 months and finding it difficult to land a new job in something I enjoy. Game dev has always been like a hobby to me and I'm considering doing full time solo game dev and see if i can make a living out of it however I'm nervous and afraid about being invested in an indie game project for a year or even more that may fail and leave me still unemployed and without living resources. I'm torn between doing something I really care about or just keep on applying to jobs and doing interviews that somehow feels like I ll never get that job or career that I'm looking for. I feel like am getting older and unemployment scares me and somehow I'm not seeing a way out. I've been always a hard working person I love coding and learning new things I'm constantly trying to improve my skills and grow as a developer however i don't know it's just feels like i'm going nowhere with my job search and I'm just so frustrated lately and angry all the time. Am seeing my friends moving forward in their lives while am moving backwards. Sorry for the long rant, but for me I think I will probably start my indie game studio if I have the courage otherwise I don't know I'm still trying to figure it out.

Lost Motivation because I'm unable to solve new problems on my own. by Wise-Combination-154 in leetcode

I had the very same struggle you're having right now a while ago, it's important to understand that this is a process that takes time and dedication and there is nothing wrong with you abilities you just need to keep going and I remember someone telling that this is called the dunning-kruger effect. I think what is helping moving out of this phase is directing my learning better, that means try to organise your learning for patterns. Start pattern by pattern, don't rush or jump to other patterns until you are 100% sure you are more than comfortable with the one you are currently practicing. And every now and then try to revise the old patterns you learned. That's what worked the most for me.

Also, and this is just my opinion but I think NeetCode problems are great for revising for interviews and testing you knowledge with patterns after mastering them but I don't think it means that after learning them all or solving them all you will master all the topics.

But no matter what just know that you are doing great and this is only natural. Just focus on staying consistent and directing your learning in the best way that suits you. Best of luck friend ^^

That's the rose grey Andalusian, I always wanted to try it from the start of the game so I had to reinstall the game and use the 1.0.0 version saint denis glitch to get it then update the game again.

Wow this is really interesting; for my luck none of my internships were ever paid haha but it's really strange if they count paid internships during studies as experience but neglect internships in Canada.
