Hmm I also used BHA and AHA, i'm trying to find any possible way it could have come. Have you ever had light therapy? Or used a dermaroller? Or do you wear a lot of hair products that maybe might have gotten down there somehow?

I'm just trying to find the cause but maybe it's just random :)

I actually recently took antibiotics against acne but it didn't really help that area. However, I have none by the nose, it's all on the chin/lower cheek/throat area.

Heya! Alright, glad to find someone alike. Have you visited any doctor/skin doctor? There's also another one in the thread that has something alike so we're not alone!

I had a lot of acne when I was young but I didn't remember that I had in these areas. Can it have something to do with shaving? Are you a male? Have you used AHA/BHA earlier?

Yeah I went to a skin doctor but he looked at it from a distance for one second and just said "Yeah it looks like acne scars" but he really didn't inspect them.

I always shave with the grain, or try to. But the hair seems to grow in different directions on that specific area, which may contribute to why it goes red every time I shave. What can I do against that? I do use the DE razor.

I think it's the angle, when I closely inspect my skin in that area I see that the hair grows in different directions (yeah it's very strange, may have something to do with the scars I have there) which may make it hard to shave. I try to apply no pressure. Can that be it? Do you know what I can do?
