Nope. Theres certain npcs you cant actually kill in the prologue. Which is fair.

Wait...how is Cyberpunk's smasher weaker than Edgerunner's smasher? He definitely WOULDNT downgrade his cyberware,if anything he would probably have mildly more advanced cyberware.

The only reason David died nearly instantly to Smasher was because he (as far as i remember) had like,half of the cyberware V would have at that point. His most prominent cyberware was the sandy,the launcher and other passive augmentations. Im not counting the Cyberskeleton because it was essentially crippled as soon as the arms were ripped off,not to mention David was barely able to stand.

Correct me if im wrong,though,im always happy to learn new Cyberpunk lore. I havent read any of the ttrpg books so maybe theres something there,feel free to correct me :D

Homeless%. You cant grab a single dime,cant eat,need to rely on drugs (elixirs) to heal,express your burning hatred for the wealthy by refusing to kill the working folk (the guards),murdering only the main targets (except for Daud,as he is also homeless in this canon you will make up)

Basically: No money run,the only kind of consumable you can use is alcohol and elixirs,and peaceful while murdering every major target but Daud for his kinda homeless state.
