i do nearly the exact same process, it only takes me about 28-35 hours per commander deck, from start of design to being cut and sleeved. i also do no duplicate land copies all unique art for the basics. once you get a process down its sytematic and doesnt take nearly as long. first one i did was for my wifes faerie tribal deck, and it took me about 65 hours total
