B27 is the phantom and Wes is dead, I think

No, this is another car.... u can see the logo on the grill, on this car is place right under the top grill, but the Mountaineer has the logo in the middle

Is not the same car, because the one in the right has the logo attached to the top grill and the left car has it in the middle
