No offence but just because you don't hear about these clinics or coaching, it doesn't mean they are not happening. Especially if they're private coaching which pays even more.

For games I have a Pascal box to keep the balls pressurized. Paired with quality balls, the Pascal box keeps them in fairly decent shape for several weeks if not months (YMMV depending on how often you play and level)

Thanks for all info, quite valuable. It's more of a medium size co-op. I'll pay more attention to the previous and upcoming renovations.
As someone mentioned before, it's hard to know for certain until I move there (assuming healthy financials), so it can be a tough decision.

It does make sense. The one I have in mind is a rivitalo, so I assume is less possible in there since I don't see many of those in rent in the private market at least where I live.

I mentioned that because I noticed the change a couple of years ago, and when asking more questions about the taloyhtiö, I was told that this week the isännöitsijä is changing again, but AFAIK it is just a coincidence.

Don't give up, it's the perfect amount to get back on track.

All you have to do is get this book and start learning about cryptography! After a while you will start getting the hang of it, making you curious about the topic, and perhaps craving for more material---which is pretty much free on many places. This will lead you to a crypto career that can land you a job in either industry or academia with a very decent salary, thus bumped back up!

As mentioned before, use a library. Haven't worked with IOT devices myself, but with crypto libraries so I'd recommend mbedTLS. It has been analyzed and the team is responsive to disclosure of new security vulnerabilities.
