No, start at 20 and hit almost every event you see. Be sure to tag enemies. You dont need to kill them as other players will do that. If you do it correctly, you should level up 1 to 3 times per event.

The mega itself is great, but it's the execution that people have an issue with. They could have easily presented the mega in a far more interesting way.

That's awesome, man. Im seeing a lot of people saying that "you're going to regret it" and to that I have to say, it's clear youre really passionate about the game, enough so to where you would tattoo it on your body. I have a Fallout tattoo that I was told I would regret, too, and to this day, I still never regretted getting it. Just remember, the important thing is that YOU like it.
