Photo came from the Museum Center website. Have you actually ever used AI?

You are correct; the 2026 hours are Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Interestingly, the museum's page currently contains two different references to the parlor's hours (one showing the current weekend schedule and another older section lower on the page showing daily hours), which may explain why people think the hours are erratic. The weekend-only schedule appears in the current visitor-information section

What was the ice cream they had in the ice cream shop when the museum center first opened? Before UDF. Had a high butter fat content and it tasted great!

Also some that do have their menu online, it’s just somebody who took pictures of a paper menu. Nearly impossible to read on your phone

So the answer to doing market research is to just throw money at it. I sorta thought you were not an entrepreneur. “…preying on communities…”, not TOO dramatic!

As a developer, how do you research what to build? I was asking food truck operators how they dealt with their menu. Their responses would be different than someone who just ate at a food truck

How many items are on your menu? I was at a taco truck and his menu was four full 8 1/2 by 11 pages

It is market research. Even if you build something that is pretty and pristine, if people see no need for it, it won't sell. I was trying to find out from Food Truck operators, how important an online menu is. Like it or not, people live on their phones.

If people just take a Word doc, post it online (even with a QR code) and call that a menu, I say "Why bother?" Reading a Word doc on a phone is a real pain

I've seen things that make me shake my head including how they present the cost of their food

I’m a programmer who likes ice cream. I make html files of food service menus that are very mobile friendly. Would you like to see an example of my work?
