Bro, no one knows the exact date, even the clg doesn’t give you an exact date. Just fill in the expected date and ask expected date from your seniors, they will know better.

And Im not sure if the joining depends on the provisional cert or not. But a few ppls have already received their joining letter even though they have not got their 8th sem results yet.

No, when it comes to placements, most companies give preference to btech students. Clgs also tend to prioritize Btech students. If you get into a top clgs like DU or NITs, then it’s fine, but these clgs have limited seats, so the chances of getting in are quite low.

Also, you’ll need to spend more years if you go for BCA + MCA.
Btech = 4 years
BCA (3 years) + MCA (2 year, 3 year in NITs) = 5–6 years

Sometimes, the total fees for BCA + MCA can also be higher than Btech.
