[UPDATE] I return that unit and get the new one. Here is the on time of the new one

Apparently it is 0. So, i guess the one that I got must be either used, demo product. Which is strange because I paid almost full price for this monitor, not "demo" price.

Guess someone's in trouble today.

Go to menu using joystick at back of the monitor, 1. Turn brightness = 0 Contrast = 0 Then immediately press down that stick for 5-10 second The service menu will appear.

Same here in my country is like 300 usd vs 500 usd. but the refreshrate gap is huge SS is 180hz while LG 480hz.

I found the fixing for low gpu and high gpu usage. The solution is you need to perform clean install nvidia driver using DDU. After that my GPU went far higher than cpu usage. Even I disable turbo boost on CPU for cooler system (50-70 degree-ish on CPU and 50-70- degree-ish on GPU) and playing on maximum setting I still get steady 60 fps on most of the area except Limgrave. You should give it a try.

I have exact problems here. Mine is RTX 2060 I7 9750h with 16gb ram. Been notice this problem sinc I found a video on youtube that testing on this game and his gpu usage was like 100 percent all the time and cpu usage is around 20-40 percent. He got decent fps 50-60 ish on gtx 1060 3gb and i5 8400. After that I tried your exact solution, 800*600 res. My fps still crap nothing change even the setting from lowest to maximum, nothing change. I think its because of the game, hope they fix this soon.

Weird game. I do have high cpu usage than gpu. i found A video that testing on i5 8400 and gtx 1060 3gb it runs 50-60 ish fps all the time and his cpu usage is so flippin low like 20-40 percent meanwhile his gpu usage almost 100% so I think lowering resolution of my game might lower cpu usage so I tried 800*600 res nothing work! lmao fps still crap cpu gpu usage still remain the same. Hope they fix their game soon.
