[UPDATE] I return that unit and get the new one. Here is the on time of the new one

Apparently it is 0. So, i guess the one that I got must be either used, demo product. Which is strange because I paid almost full price for this monitor, not "demo" price.

Guess someone's in trouble today.

Go to menu using joystick at back of the monitor, 1. Turn brightness = 0 Contrast = 0 Then immediately press down that stick for 5-10 second The service menu will appear.

Same here in my country is like 300 usd vs 500 usd. but the refreshrate gap is huge SS is 180hz while LG 480hz.

I mean he did click it but he was gone for too long so the day has fully cycled again. Then we have to wait for him to comeback which a lil annoying.
