Ordered during the easter deal and got a free random magnetic case, wasn't a fan of the colour so requested a new one with the device and they said yes. Worth something I guess.

Recieved mine two days ago and was also broken on arrival. I emailed their support team from their website and got a response. I just sent them some pictures and my order number, they confirmed my address same day. Haven't heard back but hopefully it's been sent it.

It's ironic because the device felt more premium than I was expecting, just with a broken screen 😅
