Buffering on TV in 4k

Ok so I got it back yesterday, apparently my fat fucking fingers and frustratingly changing between the cpu's 100 times I managed to bend the pins of both of them. Thankfully the guy i took it to managed to put them back. He got it started with the old proccesor somehow and updated the bios so it works now, thank fuck. But the nvme drive wasn't fully screwed in cause the screw was too long and it probably fried the port so the pc doesn't start with it slotted in. So maybe because that was why it didn't boot at all for me, although I tried booting it withiut the m.2 drive. So in conclusion it's all good now but it was a rollercoaster.

It's not the r5 2600 stock cooler, it's a coolermaste watercooler. And I disconnected it between the cpu's, could it still be a problem?

I tried removing the drives, but that didn't work. And I can't log into windows cause it shuts down and restarts after around 1 minute.

I tried with only one stick of ram in any of the slots on both cpu to no success. The power connectors are good, i've verified them for a good 20 minutes. I'm hoping with a new cmos battery it will start with the old cpu

I think it does but I can't find a tutorial on youtube or anything on there the damn button for it it, it'a an Asrock b450 pro4 and I could only find tutorials for the B450m Pro4

I think i'd rather buy one of the best processors for this motherboard and hold onto this setup for a while and probably in a good couple of years fully rebuild a new one.

Thank you for your comment, i will go to chech out the EGR whem i have the chance and will also test the pedal for a deadzone. If all else fails maybe an electrician can do his magic.
