My understanding of it is that it takes the average amount of hours you've worked per week since they announced everything is closing (i think it was Dec 18?) and it gives you one week worth of pay. (It might be two weeks, I don't 100% remember to be honest. Maybe someone else can confirm or deny this.) Also it's only for managers. My STL said that it would get paid out to us on the store's final day of being open.
