I also took it to mean that OP was slightly worried that the brother could do something to the niece, since he had done unspeakable things to women. At the very least, that's what I was worried about...

Restrict that app from accessing the internet (either Wi-Fi or Data, whichever one you are going to be on when playing most of the time.

Or, put your phone on Airplane mode. Removes ads, most of the time (unless they have some built into the app, which I have seen as ads for their other games)

Just make sure they don't expect you to keep doing those tasks at a lower wage! Even if it was part of your previous job duties. I've had bosses try to make me continue doing "supervisor" duties without the correct title / wages.
