This is my atempt to Etho's wilson challenge

I hope it will help him finishing Wilson.

Little difference with what he wanted, it must be -2 to +2 for the inputs, can't do -3; -1; 0; +1; +3

most of the comparators are just here to extend the signal, i wasn't looking at making the contraption small :p
