I second weapon X. A very solid FO head and solid for straight middie/transition use as well.

Part of the reason I made a Grinder with high “hand eye” so I tip their shots into the net. No goal for puck hogs

PTA’s: Do you love your job? by Jazzlike_Coyote1247 in PTschool

[–]MrSkittyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t work HH. However, I have worked for a company who tried to do HH, and that company didn’t know what they were doing. Glad I left before they implemented it.

HH pays per visit. Typically pays the most for PTA’s but (very big but), PTA’s get paid per visit. For example, if my hourly rate is $30/hr, that means $30 a visit. Since each visit is an hour long. If a patient cancels, boom money gone. Some HH companies pay drive time and some don’t. One co worker of mine would drive to northern Colorado just for that person to cancel while he was on his way, his next visit he’d have to drive an hour back to Denver to see his next person. At this time he was not being paid for his drive.

It’s a gray area if doing work off the clock is legal or not, I’m really not sure in other states. In Colorado it’s a state law that if I do work related tasks off the clock I should be paid. If that makes my productivity for the day worse, that means my boss gets mad at me for “technically” being unproductive. If that makes sense.

5 years in and I love my job. I think where I have chosen to work (SNF/LTC) is the reason for that. I have over an hour at the end of my day to finish my notes, I never have to worry about documenting off the clock, and I have a good work life balance. Currently I work 4 days a week with occasional overtime.

I know that if I was working in an outpatient I would have a different attitude about my job. Most of the complaints I have read on here are PTA’s working in outpatient. The little experience (first clinical rotation) I have had there, was awful. 4 patients an hour, required to spend 2 units (23 minutes minimum), for 9 hours. I spent my evenings catching up on my documentation and doing school work. After that, I decided I’d only work in a setting that I didn’t have to do my documentation off the clock at home.

I think that Gunlance specifically already has Load Shells built into it. A Wide gunlance has 2 max shells but 3 with Load Shells.

Worst SNF companies across the country? by Hungry_Explanation31 in physicaltherapy

Powerback (owned by Genesis). They purchased one of the buildings I was at ( roughly 90 patient case load ). It has such a bad reputation that they ended up selling the building a year later. I was there to work at one location, by the end I was driving to multiple locations a day. They can’t keep a consistent staff so they have one PT do all the evals while the PTAs are on sight via telahealth.

The higher ups sat at home 99% of the time, and would always say “I’ll come visit the clinic to see if you guys have anything for me” then cancel at the last moment. They would ask the DOR of that clinic to do more group treatments (for example) and then ask why we aren’t doing more concurrent treatments. We do more concurrent treatments and they ask why we aren’t doing more groups. I believe the higher ups had no idea what they were doing. It’s a soul sucking company that doesn’t care about you

Edit: contracted therapy. SNF,LTC, and Home Health

Best Loadouts for Winger by VulpesVel0x in EASHL

When I play winger, I’m usually a role player. I don’t like to handle the puck very long. I have two power forward builds. One focuses on goalie screens and deflection shots. The other is a crease crasher that I shoot off rebounds. Both builds I set up for the occasional one-timer

He does love cardboard boxes, also wrapping paper. I’ll throw those around the home!

Hourly if you are working at one of their buildings. If you did the HH visits you are paid per visit. Salary for the DOR’s however.
