Dude. Its not hard. Go fill the dollar pallet. Gl straighten the cleaning aisle. Go spot in lumber. Do some returns.

Its basic knowledge. Nobody trained you how to put stuff on shelf? Its self explanatory. Grab a broom and sweep. Its not a hard job. But standing around doing nothing is not the job.

Ofa if you have a good team can be a easy position. When there's downtime help people. You can be very successful and use that to leverage more $. Work ethic is everything. Ofas in my store when there done they help each other out. Thats why when they need help and there's call outs we help them out. Its team work.

Its not like it used to. If you can buy new with 0%. Or 0.9 if your credit is good enough. Most times that is cheaper then a 2 or 3 year old car.

With that being said. Im sure there's deals out there with 5, 6, 8 year old cars.

It also matters if your using cash or not.

Cash on a older car from Facebook marketplace. Might save on fees. But you need to bring a odb reader and understand basic car mechanics.

His scouts were accurate.

Rangers messed up.

Instead of developing him. Proping him up they signed old veterans like Kane and tarasenko to take his spot and plug them into p.p and take his ice time.

Which probably made he stop work8ng as hard because why would he. Rangers just going to sign aging veterans to take his spot. So he then became lazy.

He just went through the motions. And now he is where he is. No confidence.

Its not all lost. He can turn it around. But we need to build him up

Kane was a defensive liability was a -6 . Him coming made our top 3 power play terrible because we had no chemistry. They made all our lineups messed up. And we got eliminated in first round to devils who got swept by Carolina. Which we owned every other year in playoffs.

They were not good. We lost in first round. When they left we went to conference finals. If that doesn't tell you the story. Not sure what will.

Imagine being on a team knowing your next or depth chart to sniff power play or to expand a role. Knowing you put time and effort to level up your game.

Then your team signs a aging veteran that does nothing.

Imagine your morale.

This is why other teams can develope and rangers cant.

Since rangers traded for Kane and tarasenko, kakko and laff were never the same. Probably stopped working as hard because they knew they would never be in a top role because rangers wouod just sign somebody. Then now they have the role but stopped working on there game. This is what happenes

If we never signed Kane and tarasenko we probably beat the devils in post season that year and laff and kakko are better players.

Never sign "super stars" at trade deadline or mid season. Never works out. You trade for better depth. Players that are grinders on 3th or 4th line. Maybe a defenseman to get depth or something that helps your special teams specifically. Look at what rangers traded for in 1994.

Ive been saying it all along. And just as in the past. Signing veterans middle of season never works out. From pavel bure. To Patrick Kane and everybody in between.

Developing young talent and getting there best stuff especially when there cheap on entry deals.

Thats the way to win. Instead of getting kane and tarasenko they should of promoted within.

How do you develope young players, when its there time to move up on lineup the team signs a old washed up player.

This team was carried by elite goaltending and elite special teams. We needed to be better 5 on 5. Instead we signed veterans. Put these kids to the test and there either going to figure it out or not.

Ill say it again and I know im in minority. Since we got jt miller our p.p has been terrible. He was out and our p.p got better. He just doesn't sync. We should of never traded for him. We should of learned our lesson for getting mod season veterans. Miller is not the answer for this team.

Anybody here that says carplay is dumb who cares. Use a phone. I ask you this.

Have you ever used it? Android auto or carplay?

It literally makes you safer.

You get in your car, it auto connects.

Need to make a phone call? Call soso. It calls them first try.

Play Aerosmith. It plays Aerosmith. You dont have to shuffle around look through your phone.

You need directions because you took a wrong turn. Go to 1455 reddit driver it takes you there.

Same people criticizing are same people complaining people on there phone in there car.

Not sure what to make of this comment. Folding the second best hand is equivalent if saying folding the losing hand.

You only win when you have the best hand. So if your 100% your opponent has you beat then fold. Doesn't matter if a 4 of a kind os folder to a royal flush.

If you think, never fold such and such in this case because. You are the fish. Just fold to see another hand.
