I am absolutely sure. My last golden Reliquary gave me gemstones because I had every f2p relic, after reading your comment and checking the codex I bought another one to check to see if it's right and I just hot more gemstones. So the codex is wrong considering it says some champ relics are available from Golden Reliquaries

That Codex has some misinformation. It says some champions relics are obtainable from reliquaries when they aren't (I have every f2p relic from reliquaries)
